Traditional Japanese vegetable knife, with a rectangular shape and a high blade. Has a very sharp blade and is perfect for cutting, chopping and cleaning vegetables and fruits, thanks for it's lightweight and balance. Hand-made in Japan from hammered Damascus steel and equipped with a red Pakka wood handle.
