Zanmai - Hybrid VG-10 Nakiri 165 mm \ HZ2-3008V

Traditional Japanese vegetable knife, with a rectangular shape and a high blade. Has a very sharp blade and is perfect for cutting, chopping and cleaning vegetables and fruits, thanks for it's lightweight and balance. Hand-made in Japan from top grade VG-10 steel and equipped with a Pakka wood handle.
