X O Heart Shaped Silicone Mould \ 1949

This Moul'Flex tray features 16 cups in 3 different shapes: heart, "X"-shaped and "O"-shaped forms. It can be used to make mignardises, petits-fours and other appetisers with a remarkable and original shape. The sturdy mould can withstand temperatures from -40°C to +280°C and can therefore be used for hot or cold preparations alike, for baking or deep-freezing. It is very flexible and the pastries can be easily turned out once they are made. Use: place the mould on a rack or perforated tray for improved hot or cold air circulation. Grease before first use. Baking in traditional oven, microwave oven or bain-marie. Do not heat it when the cups are empty. Do not place under a grill. Do not use sharp objects on the tray. Tip: hand wash.
