Adjustable system allows for easy control of thickness of cut from 0.5 to 10mm, with 0.5mm steps. 1x double-sided horizontal blade: scalloped and serrated to cut all fruits and vegetables, even the softest, and citrus fruits. 2x double-sided julienne blades: with 4, 6, 8, and 10 mm spacing. 3x grating plates: coarse, medium, soft. Blades can be stored in the attached removable magnetic box. Very ergonomic and safe handle, with swivel function. Non-slip feet for maximum grip while using. Instruction CD included.
