Elastomoule for preparing 8 traditional Croquant, and suitable for making chocolates and other desserts.
High quality silicone foam with metal powder, excellent conductivity of heat for better caramelisation. Smooth inner surface serves as natural non-stick for easy extraction and cleaning.
Suitable for temperatures from -70°C to +300°C.
Do not heat with empty forms. Do not put it under a grill or in the microwave oven. Do not use sharp objects.
Care : hand washing recommended.
