DESCRIPTION

Oven to table. With the stainless steel braising pan you can be sure of preparing all of favourite dishes perfectly even for larger quantities. With the shatter-proof glass lid you can watch everything closely during braising. Freshly prepared dishes can be served hot and directly at the table. Ergonomically shaped stainless steel handles make handling of the pan easier. The non-stick coating allows a low-fat and gentle frying and is heat resistant up to 260 °C | 500 °F.
