PRODUCT INFORMATION
Made from stainless steel 18/10, neutral in taste, smell and hygienic. Two staggered stainless steel handles for comfortable handling. Can be used in the oven. Lid with non-stick coating can be used separately as a pan, e.g. for fish (heat resistant up to 260 °C | 500 °F). Roaster and lid have an encapsulated base with aluminium core for even heat distribution and retention. Dishwasher safe. Suitable for use with all types of cookers: ceramic, electric, gas, induction and oven.
