DESCRIPTION

A set of 2 natural, untreated Red Cedar wood aroma boards. Brings a fine woody aroma to grilled food, which is carefully cooked and retains its juices. Also suited for larger grill items such as salmon. Thickness of 1.2 cm permits repeated use and durability.

Before each use on the grill, the aroma plank must be placed in water for at least 1 hour. It is important to ensure that the plank is completely under water and can swell. If the soaking time is too short, there is a risk that the wood will catch fire when grilling. In addition, sufficient soaking ensures that the flavorings contained in the wood evaporate when heated and give the grilled food the wonderfully smoky flavor.
