Thanks to the tapered tip you can easily get under the dough and can turn the crepe easily. Ideal for cookware with sealed surfaces (e.g. non-stick coating), as it prevents scratches and damage to the surfaces. Made from durable 18/10 stainless steel and silicone compound.
