Ideal for perfectly poached eggs and egg benedict. The eggs are gently poached in a simmering water bath, thanks to the non-stick coating  the egg  can easily  be released from the mold. Placed directly within the pot, about 5 minutes later a perfectly poached egg is ready. Quick and easy cleaning - even in the dishwasher.

Made from 18/10 stainless steel with non-stick coating (heat resistant up to 260 °C).
Dishwasher safe.
