Simply insert the required grater disc, fill the food you wish to cut, grate – and done! The material can be grated without waste. Remainders can be stored airtight in the lid. A wiper and the flavor-lock lid help you keep the workplace or table clean after grating. While not in use, the second grater disc may be stored in the lid.
